Cooling Peppermint Water:
Real-Food Energy (cinnamon oil helps regulate blood glucose levels)
1 tbsp raisins
1 tbsp seed and/or nut butter
2 tbsp ground flaxseed
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp of 100% Pure Maple Syrup
2-3 drops of cinnamon essential oil
2 tbsp oats
Directions: Mix and mash all ingredients with the exception of the oats. Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls and roll each one in the oats. Store in fridge. One bite is worth 30+ grams of carbohydrates.
