Muscle Soreness & Inflammation:
Epsom Salt Bath: Soak for 20 minutes in a warm bath with the following mixture: 10 drops of PanAway + 5 drops of Peppermint + 1 cup of Epsom Salt. Mix the oils into the salt first, then add the salt to the water (if you were to add the oils directly to the water and not the salt, they would float on top of the water and not evenly disperse).

Ortho Sport Massage Oil: Combines pure vegetable oils with therapeutic-grade essential oils such as Wintergreen, Peppermint, Thyme, and Oregano. Massage your sore muscles as often as needed, especially after strenuous exercise.
Tight Muscle Blend: 6 drops Marjoram, 4 drops Cypress, 4 drops Wintergreen, 3 drops Valerian, and 1 drop Helichrysum. (Aroma Siez, PanAway, or Deep Relief can be substituted)
Aminowise: Wolfberry Lemonade Branched Chain Amino Acid Supplement. Helps with muscle recovery and enhances performance. Mix 1 scoop with 8 fl. oz. of water and consume during or after exercise.
Blisters and Chaffing
Healing Salve: 4 oz
2 tbsp beeswax pellets
3 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp shea butter (can substitute mango or cocoa butter, raw and/or organic varieties are the best)
15 drops of Lavender Essential Oil
15 drops of Melrose Essential Oil blend (great for eczema as well)
Directions: Combine the first 3 ingredients in a double boiler to melt into liquid. Remove from heat, pour in the 30 drops of essential oils. Stir and pour the mixture into your 4 oz Salve Tin. Let set at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Quick Remedy: 1 drop of Lavender Essential Oil, applied (neat: without mixing with a carrier oil) directly to the location. Repeat multiple times a day.

Other Common Injuries:
Directions: choose one or more of the following suggested oils. Dilute them by mixing them 1:3 with carrier oil (1 drop essential oil with 3 drops of fat molecule oils, ie. coconut oil, olive oil, vegetable oil, etc.). Massage on location as often as needed (3-4 times a day at least) to support recovery.
Bone: Wintergreen, Spruce, Idaho Balsam Fir, PanAway, Deep Relief, Relieve It
Ligament: Lemongrass, Helichrysum, Lavender, PanAway, Deep Relief, Relieve It, Elemi
Tendon: Lavender, Lemongrass, Marjoram, Deep Relief
