A few months into my essential oil revolution, I grabbed the $20, "Eucalyptus Mint Sugar Scrub" by Bath & Body Works off the shelf in my shower and took a quick glance at the list of ingredients. As suspected, the list was lengthy. It was full of words that were hard to pronounce, very few of which included "Eucalyptus" and/or "Mint" and I immediately felt perplexed. Why were there so many ingredients? Were they necessary? More importantly, why did I voluntarily PAY for all those synthetic ingredients and slather the largest organ in my body (skin) with them without first asking these questions? I set out to remedy this situation using some of my newly acquired skills and now I'm about to blow your scrub-lovin' minds. The 3-Ingredient Sugar Scrub:

Lavender is soothing and rejuvenating, Lemon cleanses and detoxifies, and Ylang Ylang fights damage caused by aging and supports healthy skin.
