Mind + Body 30-Day Reset Guide

Here we go again, the time of year when many of us spend a lot of energy thinking about how we might improve on last year. What if when we “set again” this year, we really focus on doing it “differently” than perhaps we have in the past?
According to poling, the most popular 2020 resolutions include:
1. Improving financial situation.
2. Losing weight/getting fit.
3. Working out more/Eating better.
4. Limiting time on social media.
5. Going to bed earlier.
6. Cutting down on drinking.
7. Practicing self-care.
8. Keeping a diary.
9. Improving Relationships.
10. Career Advancement.
What strikes me about our focus this year is the presence of self-care! It appears we are finally beginning to accept that if we want to achieve goals like improving finances, losing weight, strengthening relationships or career advancement, we cannot put the cart before the horse! If we want to reach our full potential, we first need to build a strong and healthy foundation. Basically, if we are going to live life to the fullest, we need to nurture the roots of the tree, not just trim a branch or two back every January.
This guide will focus primarily on toxicity and cleansing. The more toxins in the blood, the more work must be done for each organ to get the same oxygen and other nutrients. Essentially, the body is running on bad gas. The three giant roots we’ll be nurturing in this session are: Emotional Health, Digestive Health, and Lymphatic Health. In my opinion, these are THE body’s most important and influential systems for overall well-being. These are the horses that can pull ALL the carts!
Ok, enough analogies, let me just state this as clearly as possible.
1. Want to drop a pant size or two? You better make sure each of these systems are operating at 100% efficiency.
2. Want to spend less time on social media, cut down on drinking, practice more self-care, save more money, write in a diary? Better make sure these systems are operating at 100% efficiency.
3. Want to go to bed earlier, sleep longer, have more energy, exercise more? Better make sure these systems are operating at 100% efficiency.
4. Want better relationships, more confidence, better sex, healthier skin and hair, better mood management? Yep, better first make sure these three systems are all at 100% efficiency.
Not sure this guide is something you need? Yeah, I once would have thought that too. A better perspective might be, what you don’t know CAN actually still hurt you; Once you know better, you will do better.
